That syntax will work  but forewarned however that Microsoft put out a "security" 
patch that broke the ability for inline username and passwords.    There is a reg hack 
floating around that will fix it however.

I would check that you are submitting to the Whats Up webserver and NOT IIS if you 
have that enabled.    

Also check the obvious things as user name and password in Whats Up to make sure you 
did not typo anything.
