Using the same format you've received from others you can report on polling, alert, monitoring and service monitoring. My code won't work without me stripping out paths otherwise I'd post it. I had to use absolute paths because I email the report each morning to my staff with links to device properties to turn monitoring back on. WUG has a PDF that lists all the tags you'll need.
