Hi. Does anybody out there have STAT! (by Quest Software) in their environment? I am the new Stat!4.0 admin for our team. Basically no exposure whatsoever, other than a manual and documentation explaining the 4 simple tasks I am responsible for. There are these three Mercury agents that run each in its own window on the server. And each of these Mercury agent windows has a child window inside. Occasionally, the Mercury agents will die, the child windows close out, and the Mercury agents have to be re-started.
A brief search of the Quest website found nothing in the way of monitoring the availability of these agents. Anybody know how I might be able to use WUG to monitor the agents and report when they die, so I'll be notified that they are dead and I can go in and restart them? Thanks...........
