Is this just appearing like this in the Web view or from the console, too?
I would try deleting the router device in WUG, saving, closing WUG,
restarting WUG, and then recreating the router device and configuring it as
desired. This may be overkill, but I would assume that it would work.

When checking an interface on a router that has failed, WhatsUp Gold will
retain the down status even if the interface is then set not to monitor.
How can I reset the view within the Web service to show the interface as
not monitored rather than down.
