Al, I do something similar, although not with the same scope, by using the WUG asp tags to tell me what devices have polling, alerts, monitoring and service monitoring turned off. I think you can do the same to get all the information you want but it will be a web page. If you want a report from within WUG I can't help because I don't use that feature nor have I found any way of generating what I want from it.
If you want to generate a web page keep in mind that WUG uses its own ASP implementation and doesn't play well with java and vbscript the way a standard ASP page does.
