Darren,
You will have to enter the username and password for every Active Monitor or Passive Monitor (WinEVent) you define.
Back in WUG you only had the option to enter a single username and password in the WUGSVC 'log on' properties.

I guess I need to type the username and password into every service and event?!!

Do I have to enter an account name for every NT service and Event log entry?  Is there some global default that I can use or do you have to type usernames and password in every time?  I have about 100 custom NT service and about 100 more Events so this is going to type some time to setup.  I tried starting the "Ipswitch WhatsUp Engine" as an account with privileges but this did not work.
