Joel, I didn't receive an e-mail either and do have an active service agreement. I was able to download WUP from the Ipswitch Download Center:
http://www.ipswitch.com/support/download_center/index.asp You just need to give it your service agreement number and e-mail address. It'll give you your license key during the download.
