According to the docs, the tag in the subject line should give: "ABBREVIATED_NAME The abbreviated name for a service. This is tied directly to the "AbbreviatedName=' line in the services.ini file."
I tried adding AbbreviatedName lines in services.ini, and I still get "HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol)" which is far too long for SMS, or for the popup web sidebar I'm using it in. Restarting WUG doesn't appear to make any difference... How does this really work?
