Hello Greg theres a program out called Keepalive, it can monitor a
executable and restart it and send notification of stopping.  THeres a
shareware version and a much more powerful Full pay version called keepalive
pro.  We use an earlier version of the Pro to monitor a DOS app on an NT
server, works great!
