It is not possible - but what you want has already been entered as a Feature Request and I updated it with your details.
 
However, the web interface should ultimately offer everything that you need.
 
In the shot term the web interface needs stuff like configuration of Passive Monitors.
 
In the long term, it would be necessary to allow for more complex tasks (from an implementation point of view) like moving devices around on maps.

Does anyone know if it's possible to install the WhatsUp Pro  console to more than the whatsup server?
I want to have the console on my local pc and connect to the WUP-server in order to make changes.
 
At the moment I use the RDP-client to administrate the WUP, but I find this rather slow.
