Hi, people. How do (or can you) change the action policy on multiple devices at the same time? I have routers/switches/servers in a given folder (or map). I highlight all 4 devices. But I cannot find where, either from the menu bar or right-clicking, to change the action policy on all 4 devices at the same time.
Similarly, I figured that I could at least ocnfigure the "server" device type properties to include a pre-defined action policy. I go into CONFIGURE-DEVICETYPES, select SERVER, click edit, click ACTIONPOLICIES, and set it to a defined action policy that just e-mails me. I OK out. And my understanding would be that any newly found/created device of type "server" will already have its action policy pre-selected to just e-mail me. Well, I create a new "server" type in a new folder/map, entering in the IP address. Then the device props box appears. I change the device type to "server", and then I click on ACTIONS and it is blank. No action policy exists, like I thought I had just configured for "server" device. What's the deal???
