[WhatsUp Forum] Missing WUG features from WUP...

There is a knowledgebase article titles 'WhatsUp Professional - What is 
not in WhatsUp Professional that was in WhatsUp Gold?' that confirms that 
the 'Event State Monitor' does not exist in WUP.  Is this something that 
has been done away with, or simply something that hasn't yet been 
included?

As best I can tell, passive monitors are unable to affect the device 
state.  Is it true that all I can do with a passive monitor in Whats Up 
Pro is to have it fire an action?
