Here are some suggestions that might work.

 

check your SNMP community strings

try to ping the device from the WUP server but not from within the WUP program

Hello everyone,

    We have recently upgraded to WUP while we were in the middle of adding another site in another country.  After long hours of trying we finally got WUP to see and ping the location. Our problem now is that it's always showing down, but it's not. Are there some settings that are being missed. Please advise.
