Finally I got hold of T-mobile Service agent,

What I found is they disconnected the 425-396-4560 number; they have removed tap messaging for residential customers,

 

The new Tap number is 800-506-6885, we have to be a business customer with 50 or more lines to have this work.

 

What did you do get this working?
