Sorry I was using OWA and did not realize that our Exchange admin had
that enabled by default.

Guys, 

What say we DON'T send messages with Return Receipt on when sending to
the forum.  It causes a lot of totally unnecessary traffic and, in a
real sense, SPAM's the forum.
