Look for Windows Event ID 1074, which is a user initiated reboot.

Well that doesn't necessarily tell me if the server was rebooted only if it was 
down for a minute or more. If you can think of another way please send it 
through.  I was looking at "Event" options in whatsup but I wasn't familiar 
with them.
