Yep I know that, but you tell me how I'm going to get it to forward the SNMP
trap on in an email ? I know about blackout times

I don't think you would even need a script.  Each device monitor can have
several notifications associated with it.  You can drill down even further
apply dead time to those notifications.

certain time any SNMP traps that come in from any source (whether they're a
device in WhatsUp or not) could be sent by e-mail ?
