Perhaps right clicking on the text should give the user an indication
that there is a definition available, or perhaps the UA should be
automatically place an image/icon to indicate that there is a definition
available.
A UA could do that, but such implementation details do not belong in the
spec. The spec should bascially only define the semantics and
functionality, but leave the implementation details to each individual UA.
