Hi,
<th> allows either inline-level content or block-level elements. [1] I know
that HTML4 allows block-level elements too, but I suspect that might have to
do with convenience when writing the DTD, actually.
<h1> and <dt> don't allow block-level elements. What's the use-case for
having block-level elements in <th> that doesn't apply to <h1> or <dt> as
well?
