FWIW, the tutorial has nothing to do with the review, but it is an
answer to multiple requests of Web authors and Web designers. The
specification is not readable for them.
Oh, right. I guess the theoretical problem with that is that the
specification isn't completely finished yet. That, combined with the
"fact" that it's a lot of work.
