However many things in webpages are things which have been written down! This is specifically a transcript of some speech -- not a transcript of commands typed at a computer prompt, nor an exam transcript, nor any other kind of transcript. So focusing on the thing being transcribed, the speech, seems more sensible; that it has been written down is something which will be readily apparent to anybody reading it! Smylers
