Requiring some audio to play is a good idea but it should be more precise. If the implementors are required to play some audio, they can do away by playing silence, or play white noise at level 0. Authors should mute the audio if they don't actually want it. Setting "muted" to false is hardly the right way to do it. Chris

That way we won't end up inadvertently setting authors up for relying on a particular de-facto standard behavior. '
