Hi,
  The spec states that:

The :enabled pseudo-class must match any element falling into one of
the following categories:

* input elements whose type attribute are not in the Hidden state and
  that are not disabled

and

The :disabled pseudo-class must match any element falling into one of
the following categories:

* input elements whose type attribute are not in the Hidden state and
  that are disabled

This doesn't match the behaviour of all web browsers I've tested. Opera, Safari, Chrome, Firefox and IE all fail this test.
