There is a method called createClientSideHadoopSiteFile in HadoopService that
is not wired up. We should make it write the Hadoop site file to
~/.whirr/<cluster-name>/hadoop-site.xml.
Then folks will be able to run MR jobs after launching a cluster with the CLI.
