We could just use the SVN repo as the base URL, e.g. 
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/whirr/tags/release-${version}/scripts/.
 In trunk it would just be 
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/whirr/trunk/scripts/
