Once WHIRR-124 is in, you'll need to change to the following provider names
for testing:
* Note that there are more providers than this list, just these are the ones
currently with Jiras associated*
* aws-ec2 = Amazon's EC2
* eucalyptus-partnercloud-ec2 = Eucalyptus' Partner Cloud
* cloudservers-us = Rackspace CloudServers in US
* cloudservers-uk = Rackspace CloudServers in UK
* trmk-vcloudexpress = Terremark's vCloud Express
* trmk-ecloud = Terremark's Enterprise Cloud
There's also untargeted providers (apis). For these, you have to set a
property providername.endpoint creating the context:
* eucalyptus = Eucalyptus
ex. eucalyptus.endpoint=http://myhost:8773/services/Eucalyptus
