I've checked the file signatures and I've been able to run the unit
tests and the integration tests on aws-ec2 and cloudservers (doing
this multiple times in a month is getting expensive).

Apache Rat shows no warnings. Unfortunately I haven't been able to run
mvn checkstyle:checkstyle

Note: In order to run the integration tests for HBase on cloudservers
I had to modifiy the src/test/resources/whirr-hbase-test.properties We
should address this in 0.5.0.
