Add support for BYON

jclouds now supports a "bring your own nodes" (BYON) provider
(http://code.google.com/p/jclouds/issues/detail?id=452), which would be useful
to take advantage of in Whirr. One use case is deploying Whirr services to
local VMs during development and testing.
