The projects on the cloudfoundry repos control app deployments on an already
setup infrastructure. More info here:

Whirr can come in handy, as it can bootstrap cloudfoundry onto any supported
cloud, and also re-use logic to setup datastores such as cassandra, mongo, etc.
When coupled with our autoscaling and ad-hoc command executions, this could be
a fairly all-in-one tool to setup cloudfoundry clusters
