Separate ZooKeeper and ElasticSearch install and configuration scripts into
more generic functions.
We should have something like:
{start,stop,install,configure,cleanup}_zookeeper
{start,stop,install,configure,cleanup}_elasticsearch
Naming consistency would be helpful.
