threaded messages for Jira

If possible, it would be nice if the JIRA messages we get don't have
'created/updated/commented/resolved/...' in the subjects, but whatever the
operation just the issue number and summary, so that gmail (and others?) can
recognize them as threaded messages (SF had this).
