The wicket-spring-cattr projects are unmaintained as far as I can
tell, and with the move to maven 2 never released (again). This is
mainly because of a problem with the commons-attributes compiler.
The issue was voted on, and with a difference of 1 vote we decided to move the
wicket-spring-cattr projects to wicket stuff
