No, I don't think so. You can't do this currently, because a rollback goes back
in versioning, and then increments from that rolled back version on. But,
according to other objections, we can't delete those newer files, so they'll
exist. So currently you have to overwrite every time as you don't know whether
you have a version that is really new or to be overwritten.
