Stripping Wicket tags not completely valid

When setting setStripWicketTags to true, it is not removing the
xmlns:wicket=".." from the HTML tag, which breaks XHTML compatibility.
According to the Wicket changelog, this was fixed in 1.1-b1. If memory serves
well, this was also okay in 1.2.6.
