Wicket 2.0 Release

I keep hearing people talk about wicket 2.0, what is the plan for this
release....I'm assuming it isn't out and the alpha / beta version is in
works?  Is there a roadmap to this release.  I know being an open source
project there usually isn't a set date but doesn't anyone have any
ideas...this year, next month, two years?
