1.x is still 1.2 until further notice. When Upayavira gives the go,
we'll unleash the 1.2.3 hordes, and our week starts counting.

Bug fixes should go still into 1.x, there is no need to stop that.
They would usually go into 1.2.4 anyway, and if the need arises we can
always make a copy of the 1.2.3 tag, and work from there.

New features should stay on hold until 1.2.x is created and the road
is paved for 1.3, but that was something we were already doing.
