no this is not more common.. because the total of 50 users was round robin
assigned to different servers (lets say 2). Then it is very unlikely that
just that 25 users of that one server are very busy and the other 25 of that
other server not
that is just math..

Such statistics are likely for intranet-like applications, and I'm
sure they may be true on the *very* large scale of public facing
sites. However, I don't think there's a golden rule in this case
either. I can totally imagine a very uneven distribution on a public
facing sites with a very mixed picture of light- and heavy users.
Users that'll come on that site and leave after a couple of clicks,
and users that spend an hour working on it.
