I didn't do too much, pending the approval. I hate lots of effort
being wasted. :)

I'll integrate the code highlighter of Geert (binary), and try some
things for the code etc.

i think we should also redo the component reference. im very fond of the
backbase ajax explorer examples - which is their component reference. i like
the nav tree on the left, and really like how the example has tabs where you
can view the sourcecode right there.
