im sure the intentions are good here, but its yet another place to keep
track of. we have the mailing list, jira, a few migration wiki pages we have
to keep track of, i would rather not add anymore. the time is already
stretched thin.

For the big things yes, but minor things do not deserve a JIRA
issue I think.
