Hi there,

I would like you to review this patch:

There are two important things:

1) Can we remove the deprecated responseType field in
   ResourceStreamRequestTarget, is it acceptable?

2) Can we allow IResourceStream instances to return null in
   getContentType() to let ResourceStreamRequestTarget configure the
   response type automatically?
