I discussed this with Johan, and he told me wicketstuff.org uses
FreeBSD's native jdk1.5. I advised to use diablo-jdk1.5 that is
known to be more reliable, it is a binary version that could
finally be distributed after negotiations between the FreeBSD
foundation and Sun as the latter is not providing binaries for
FreeBSD. I have my personal server running on FreeBSD and it is
much more reliable with Diablo JDK.
If you want I can go on and make the change to see if it helps, I
have access to wicketstuff.org now. Or if you want to give it a
try, just do this:
$ cd /usr/ports/java/diablo-jdk15
$ make install
Then you just need to use the "java" command from
/usr/local/diablo-jdk1.5
Cheers,
