Nope, I agree it's probably not such a big deal. If want final to be removed we can have a vote for it.

It is component state, and if we want to fully support the back button, we need to do the recordings. Note though, that it only records actual changes; the first time you set the property, no change is recorded.

The visible property is kind of an exception to the state recording rule (though we record state in the set method) in that you can override the method and thus break back button support. We didn't fix this, as the option of overriding isVisible is /very/ convenient in many cases, while supporting rolling back the visibility is not that important outside forms.

When I implemented the immediate property in Button, I didn't think having setImmediate overridable was worth the potential back button support break. Is it a large inconvenience?
