Summary: Document lifecycle of resources

Initial Comment:
When a resource is associated with a Page as its scope
and that Page gets garbage collected, Wicket still
maintains a strong reference to the resource.

We should be able to free resources somhow, whether
explicitly or by specifying a timeout value or
something. Currently resources are stored indefinately.

What happens if one creates a Page which displays an
image which is randomly selected from a huge pool? If
multiple users hit that Page, each getting a difference
instance, and each expecting to see a different image,
when do the images ever get GCed? Is it even
technically possible to have the same Page class bind
different random images against the same scope? Does it
make more sense for the scope to consist of an Object
instance as opposed to a class? All these things should
really be clarified in the Javadoc and/or Wiki under
the heading of "life cycle of resources".
