Yes the end of February is what I meant. Especially since there has been little response so far to this message.

No Igor, he meant by the end of January since his mail was dated 31 January. Actually you only had some hours to finish your work. So can I download 1.2 final now, since today is 1 february. I went to sourceforge but couldn't find 1.2 final. Where is the meat? :)
Just kidding, guys :)

i think this is a do. its not too far off, and it will add a wow factor to 1.2- To be cleaned up api's (is there anything that needs work)
while im implementing the partial rerender i will clean up our current AjaxHandler which looks like it was written for 1.1 with some patches to make it compile with 1.2- Bugs (1.2 should be delivered with a clean slate)
lets hope so :)- Documentation + examples
yes please- maven 2 buildthere is also the model rework that johan and i have been discussing. that should def go into 1.2. to reiterate, it introduces modelObjectChanging/Changed methods that will allow us to better decide when the model should be cloned or only the model object. this will fix the cases in which PropertyModels are broken.
i would like to have maven 2 support, but i know this is time consuming because our site gen is a totally custom job. my vote would be to have maven 2 support w/out site gen support (which our users prob wont need anyways). i use maven 2 for all my new projects and transient dependencies are nice.I'd like us to have 1.2 finalized before the end of the month. I'm
positive this is feasable if we stop tinkering and put our stamp on
it.
you mean by the end of february?
