cool.
forgive me if you already thought of this, but i was thinking there might be some way to
automate special-purpose mappings like case folding in url-rewrite. if you could specify
a mapping class in the config and then use a syntax like $1{remapper} then we could
supply a remapper for finding the correct case of wicket classnames and the two would
be neatly bridged.
