i think it would be nice if someone added a little text file to the project that documents how to build the project as a developer, including installing and using maven. there are going to be a lot of old school ant users (like me!) who are going to ask the same dumb questions over and over. it would be good if there was a step-by-step list of instructions for doing the basic maven things to build the project. it should be possible to sync up to CVS, build and run by following a simple little cookbook...
