THere hasn't been done anything else. I've read about what is possible and I think we should get our nightly tar-ball of the CVS repository, look at which items can be removed, try that in the local repository, and put up the request to SF.net support.
Problem with the rename was that it is not possible to schedule something like that. They have their own schedule (pacific time).
