Summary: Possibility of selecting a null value in AbstractChoice

Initial Comment:
It is currently only possible to select a null value
when using a Choice component when the model value
equals null.

It should be possible for Choice components to set the
model value back to null.

This should be configurable, and default off.

This should generate when configured to enable null values:

<option id="xxx" value="-1">&lt;empty&gt;</option>

and when only the starting value might be null, but the
field is required it should be:

<option id="xxx" value="-1">&lt;select one&gt;</option>
