That is odd because I just tried the same thing and it is still
failing. First, I just tried "maven" in each directory. Can you please
update the Wiki so it says what command-line to run in each directory?
It isn't obvious to me.
I will try a CVS update and build again but I suspect there is
a mismatch between our configurations. I am using mavan 1.0.2, I assume
you are doing the same. Is *your* code up to date? Try CVS update and
try building again; maybe you'll run into the same error as me.
