if we get a nice netbeans wicket project setup going, i think we ought to check that in so the next person can use that.


btw, the top level is getting a little busy looking... maybe we ought to have the IDE files in subfolders like

ide/netbeans
ide/eclipse
ide/idea

that would also get EclipseCodeFormat.xml out of the way a little.

otoh, i'm not sure if the files will still work if we move them...

please run the junit test for ResourceTest within your idea. It should
give you the information where exactly the test is failing.
ResourceTest is about Locale etc.. Maybe your settings make the
